This is where you come to either adopt an unwanted baby or a character that's user has either been deleted for inactivity or who has just lost interest in said character or time for said character. You must apply and the best application gets the character. No whining or complaining if you don't get a character or baby that you want. Otherwise, you'll be warned.

| The Poor District |
| The Abandoned Power Plant
This is where the chemicals were stored until they were spilled out accidently by the two battling gangs. It has since been cleared out, although no gang has yet to take it as their base. In fact, this building is said to be haunted and most really don't want to take it as their own as anyone who tried, according to the story, never came back or came back insane. The noises that one hears all the time doesn't help much either.

| The Abandoned Factory
This is an abandoned industrial factory which still has a lot of machinary in it, although it doesn't work for the most part. This place is located far into the Poor District and is, in fact, the Wolf Gang's little 'home'. Come in here and the likeliness is that, unless you're poor, you're going down. If you are poor and are looking for safety or shelter or even looking to join the gang, they'll let you come in. However, they must first make sure you're trustworthy. This may not be nice, especially if you're looking on joining. It's also rumored to be haunted by the ghost of the owner's wife who caught stuck in the machinary one day and died. However, this myth is untrue and actually stemmed/was mixed-up from the death of the now-abandoned power plant's owner's wife's death.

| The Clusters
This is the area that the 'houses' (if one can call them that) are located. They are extremely run-down, over-populated, and are pretty much falling apart. Many people decide it's just not worth the bother and find some other place to live.

| The Railroad Tracks
The abandonned railroad tracks are often populated by the poor teenage community out of lack of anywhere else to hang around. Fewer and fewer have been going here, however, as many teenaged Normals are beginning to come here to gang up on them.

| The Old Park
This is the old park which is situated right beside the junkyard. It's rundown and possibly unsafe. It provides good hiding places however.

| The Old Barnhouse
This run-down abandoned barnhouse sits right beside the old park and the junkyard. This is the territory that belongs to the Razorbacks and they ain't happy about it. They, at first, had the Abandoned Factory, but it was won over by the larger Wolf Gang. Come here and you're in for a world of pain, even if they like you.

| The Junkyard
This is where all the trash is dumped. Those in desperate need can come in here and find such things as furniture, shelter, clothing, and even food if they can stomach it. Just mind the smell and all the flies and everything'll be fine...Unless someone catches some sort of disease, but ehh! The cleaner parts of this dump is also where one could find, if they looked hard enough, the Misfit Gang.

| The Cemetary (1 sub-board)
This is obvious as well. The only reason this is located in the Poor District is because most of the rich people thought it would be icky to have dead bodies around them. It's still quite close to the Rich District however. It's also the only thing that actually looks well-kept in the entire Poor District area.

| The Rich District |
| The Supermarket
This is where people come to shop for anything and everything, including food, clothing, toys, video games, the likes. It's located relatively near to the Poor District and the poor shop here too, although it's quickly becoming more and more dangerous for them than it's ever been before.

| The Subway
This is the, err, subway, the main transportation in this city besides from vehicles, although it certainly outdoes healthy alternatives like walking and biking. The Rich People namely populate this place too, but the rare brave, uncaring, naive, and/or idiotic poor will come on here as well. They'd probably be harassed, in the very least, before, but now they'd definately get it.

| Kitty's Rockin' Club
This is a dance club open to anyone from 13 to whatever. It plays techno and rock music and it's mostly populated by teenagers. Drugs and alchohol are strictly forbidden here, however, and the workers have no problem whatsoever with calling the police on anyone who they catch disobeying this, among other, rules. It's quite close to the Poor District as well.

| The Mall
This is the place to be if your a teenager. It's quite near to the poor district and it's not only limited to the rich kids. However, poor people who enter here are not protected like the rich kids are. In here, there's clothing shops, a pet store, fast food restaurents (the favored ones amongst the youngsters being Benjamin's and McConner), electronics, including CDs and DVDs, store, and other such things one expects to find in a mall.

| Apartments
This is where many rich people live now-a-days in this city: in apartments. They are top of the line and very well constructed. This cluster of new-looking apartments can contain the entire city's rich population, which it pretty much does.

| La Restaurante
This is a fancy, smancy French restaurant, although it serves many different types of food. It's extremely expensive and very high-class. One will not see a poor person here unless they're staring longingly through the window or someone takes them in...

| Kingsley Park
This park is just as new looking as the apartment buildings are and everything is kept in order from the grass to the trees. The equipment are also check on a bi-weekly basis to make sure they remain safe for the children to use.

| Morning Sunshine Coffee Cafe
This quint, little place is located right in the middle of the city, right beside Kingsley Park. People can order coffee, tea, breakfeast foods, sandwiches, and cookies here for a relatively cheap amount of moola. Not too many poor people come here, if at all.

| City Hall
This is located in the middle of the Rich District as well, somewhere around the Coffee Cafe. This is where politics and social issues are brought to the attention of the public. The current hot-topic: Animalistics.

| The Police Department
This is the police department. There's not much else to say, except for the fact that many police officers ignore beatings and murders of the Animalistics and are much harder on them. There are still a few good ones left, however, and some just ignore it to save their or their family's skin as well.

| The Hospital
This is the hospital which is located in the heart of the Rich District. This is also where more discrimination against Animalistics goes on as they're not really allowed inside the building unless their condition is critical and even then they may not be treated as well as the rich people or even at all, all depending on the doctor.

| The Arcade
This is where people can come play video games. Come and enjoy being a big nerd! ^0^

| The Pool
This is self-explaning as well. This is the indoor pool where many rich people come to cool off in the spring and summer. It also, amazingly enough, has a bowling area attached to the building as well which is also owned and operated by the same people.

| The Movie Theater
This, again, is kind of obvious. This is where people come to see movies, either by themselves, with their friends, or even possibly with their dates. ^.~

| The Suburbia
This is pretty obvious as well. This is where rich people gather to show off how boring and identical they can be and how green they can make their lawns. Not many people live here, but there are still a few.

| St. Katherine's School |
| The Entrance Gate
This is quite self-explaning. It's the entrance into the school. This school is the only school within the city and both the rich and the poor (the ones who can afford it that is) attend it and it goes from the very beginning of elementary school to the end of highschool. This is a serious issue for the Normals who are anti-Animalistic as they think it's dangerous to have such creatures near their children, especially their little ones.

| The Cafeteria
This is St. Katherine's rather large Cafeteria. Money can bring you good food, no money can bring you something that can't possibly be classified as edible, let alone food.
